Elevation Fitness is passionate about helping individuals set and meet personal goals and to create a balanced lifestyle. We offer a wide range of classes from gentle yoga to high intensity circuit workouts. Most importantly we are a studio that focuses on creating an energetic environment where we work hard, have fun, and support each other.  


Group Classes

+ Cardio Strength

This is a 60-minute class that will be different every week! In this class, you will be challenged with a combination of weights, TRX, Spin and mat work that will focus on building muscle and getting your heart rate up. Two things are guaranteed, you will sweat and you will have fun!

+ Spinning to the Oldies (55+ please!)

Here at PTA we made a class just for those of you 55 and older! We know age is just a number, but what if you don't want the crazy music, standing and sitting on the bike, "jumping" on the bike or (oh geez) RUNNING on the bike? This is your class! You will spend the first 30 minutes on the bike, then move into some core work and follow it up with some rolling and stretching.

+ Strength Balance Stretch

This class is dedicated to individuals looking for an emphasis on stretching and balance techniques while using a variety of tools to build on strength and balance, endurance and body awareness. All levels are welcome.

+ Spin

Come sweat it out with us in our Spin classes! Classes range anywhere from 30-45minutes. Our spin classes are designed to be hard and make you sweat but there is endless room to modify.

+ Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is for everyBODY! In this class we will explore basic yoga poses and mobility exercises to help you find more strength and mobility in your body. We’ll focus on opening commonly tight areas as well as gaining more strength and stability in the core. Each class will end with a restorative relaxation pose to send you off feeling relaxed and restored.

+ Cycle Core

Hate a full hour of spin? This class will be perfect for you! This class will make you sweat and hit those core muscles we all need! It's a combo of spin and core strengthening and finishes off with a little stretching and rolling.

+ Strength Conditioning

In this 60 minute class your muscular strength and endurance will be challenged with a sprinkle of fun cardio moves to get that heart rate up. A variety of equipment including kettlebells, weights, medicine balls, bands and body weight exercises will be utilized to deliver a full body workout focused on getting stronger! Whether TABATA, circuit or a controlled count this class will be slightly different each week!
